So it is Tuesday again and I am starting this new piece. I am going to paint Thelonious Monk. I love this photo. I don't know why but there is something very powerful in this picture. There is a fire in his eyes and strength with the artist's interpretation of Thelonious . His music is really something too. I love listening to his CD!
