Life: Hey hay (week 10,66/365,shinsato)

Here's a shot of a wall of hay we had put up last summer which has been feeding our sheep, llamas, and goats.

Light, Life, & Love: Glory (week 10,65/365,shinsato)

Yes, another picture of Saint Mary's peak. Glory be to God.

Light: Quiet night (week 10,64/365,shinsato)

My wife lit this candle. We had a quiet night at home, which was nice.

Life: More bear brew (week 9,63/365,shinsato)

A professor at the University of Montana recommended the German club to me as well as a native speaker tutor. I grabbed this shot before going into the cafe for my weekly tutoring session.

Life: Caffeine for students (week 9,62/365,shinsato)

This is a cafe a block away from the University of Montana at Missoula, called Bear's Brew Coffee House. A group of students have been meeting there for the German club, where I got to practice, though only one teacher showed up to let me know they're moving to another spot.

Light: Sky trampoline (week 9,61/365,shinsato)

The creator shows so much for me in the glory of the mountains. We have a trampoline that I use to keep healthy, about 100 jumps a day. It gives exercise as well as helps with the circulation. Saint Mary's Peak is shrouded in a crown of clouds.

Anyways, I had dinner @ Google this evening, and I have to tell you it is a crazy place. There is free good food every day and every meal for all employees. I guess it is what happens when you are at $300/share. I don't know though, I can't justify giving people who already have money free food, when there are hungry and homeless people who have nothing to eat on El Camino Real (which is literally less than 10 miles away) I don't know it is a bit ridiculous to me. If Google can feed thousands of people everyday, then why can't Google feed homeless people in their community? They talk about "doing no evil" in their company mission, but they never talk about doing any good either. It is a bit ridiculous what people find valuable in internet advertising. I give the company 3 years until major lay-offs... maybe 5 if they can manage things.
